underwhelming experience
closed restaurantunhelpful staff
The rooftop bar was supposed to be open, but it wasn't ! it's frustrating when amenities aren't available as advertised. the restaurant was closed for two of my three nights. There was nowhere to relax after sightseeing. staff didn't offer any help, either.

The location was conveniently in the city center and allowed easy access to many attractions.
The staff seemed uninterested during interactions. The air conditioning did not work well, it was difficult to sleep. The stale pastries at breakfast were disappointing, they were not fresh.

My room included a rainfall shower (i found it very relaxing). The hotel provided quick responses to my questions before arrival. The location allows walking distance to main sites.
Some restaurants near the hotel seemed like tourist traps.
